The Data controller is a interuniversity consortium for the higher education in the fashion industry founded in  2007 by three Milan universities: Università Cattolica, Politecnico di Milano e Università Bocconi, whose goal is the creation of a multi-disciplinary training center of excellence at an international level.

Rights of Data subject

The subjects to whom the Data refer have the right at any time to: (I) obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning them; (II) know the purposes of the processing and the methods, the recipients of such Data, the retention period; (III) obtain rectification or cancellation, and where applicable, the limitation of processing; (IV) oppose the treatment; (V) where applicable, receive in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device, the Data concerning them provided to the Data Controller and transmit such data to another data controller without hindrance by the Data Controller; (VI) to propose a complaint to the Authority for the protection of personal data.
